Wholesale Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Wholesale Sales Assistant who is super passionate about the Sweaty Betty brand and ready to jump on board to support the growing team in New York City!

Your SB Journey:

• Attend all key markets and trade shows

• Assist Wholesale Project Manager in sample management process. Will need to send/receive and track samples for e-commerce and marketing shoots, and SMS samples for market (includes steaming, tagging, appropriate hangers etc.)

 • Help sales team to check POs to ensure order accuracy and sending across order confirmations when necessary

• Pull weekly ATS reporting and send to sales team

• Assist in pulling product images for accounts and completing necessary templates including fabric content  

• Responsible for making sure showroom presentation is always premium and offers a best-in class experience. Including but not limited to: product and merchandising display, lunch and/or coffee for meetings, organized sample closet, etc.

• Manage model looks for market appointments

• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and understanding of competition and trends in the market

• Support wholesale sales team to meet and exceed all sales targets

Must Haves

  • 1-2 years’ work experience, preferably Wholesale based
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment      
  • Strong organizational and follow through skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills i.e. pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Positive, ambitious and use initiative
