We are looking for a Wholesale Operations Executive to join the team and start their SB journey! Working directly with our Head of Wholesale, you will play an integral role in supporting Sweaty Betty’s amazing growth plans. Joining this developing area of the business, you will be motivated by the prospect of taking on brand new and exciting accounts which continue to increase SB’s global presence. If you love the SB product and want to share that passion whilst coordinating our wholesale processes from start to finish, this could be the role for you!

Your SB journey:
- Full accountability for order book management and shipping
- Lead weekly update meeting with the wholesale team
- Monitor and manage all orders that come through EDI
- Ensure all orders placed have been raised correctly; checking price lists, product codes and delivery dates
- Work closely with the warehouse in order to monitor the picking, packing and shipping process for all customers. Organize and monitor all bookings/arranging MDAs and ASNs as required
- Understanding of SKU, UOM and barcodes
- Organize on-boarding process of new customers with the warehouse
- Manage and resolve all the customer discrepancies' on deliveries
- Work closely with the finance team to resolve all debit notes and disputes
Must Haves
- Previous experience working within wholesale logistics/operations
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with EDI accounts
- Highly analytical and data driven with outstanding attention to detail
- Knowledge of stock controls system and ERP systems would be beneficial
