Wholesale Merchandising Assistant

As the Wholesale Merchandising Assistant reporting into our Senior Wholesale Merchandising Manager, you will be data-driven, very detail oriented and passionate about supporting Sweaty Betty on our growth mission!

Your responsibilities:

  • Support wholesale sales team to meet and exceed all sales targets
  • Communication and collaboration with all teams
  • Upload product data and imagery into Joor and NuOrder
  • Manage and resolve any discrepancies with buying / design / (price, colour name, SB code, styles)
  • Update systems with any style changes pre market and during market
  • Communicate all change memos to sales team by account: cancellations, style changes, and swap suggestions
  • Supporting on selling and product analysis
  • Assisting in getting samples ready for market
  • Track samples from UK to NY for market, follow up and track samples ordered to ensure they arrive in time or communicate any delays to sales
  • Upload and maintain product data
  • Liaise with merchandising team to ensure POs are raised with correct delivery dates in accordance to customer ship windows

Must Haves

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Analytical mindset
