Wholesale Marketing Manager

As the Wholesale Marketing Manager at Sweaty Betty, you will own the development and implementation of marketing plans to support our wholesale and retail partner network. You will be working across all wholesale and retail partners, supporting the growth of these accounts, increasing our brand presence and driving commercial success through these channels. 

Your responsibilities will include;

  • You are the main point of contact for all wholesale customers. Own and nurture these relationships with regular meetings, ensuring we are top of mind for their marketing teams  
  • Develop and execute 360 marketing plans for all UK/ROW wholesale accounts seasonally, creating campaigns and activity that are consistent with the overarching brand strategy. This could include; email, web, social, PR, influencer marketing, events, retail, digital. Evaluate overall effectiveness of activity and identify optimizations for future implementation
  • Manage the wholesale marketing budget
  • Work closely with wholesale sales and wider marketing teams to ensure marketing plans support key product stories and deliver against business goals
  • Work with wholesale sales team to analyze sales performance from all accounts and use this data to identify opportunities to drive account growth with targeted marketing.
  • Work with marketing team to gain an understanding of how the growth of our wholesale accounts feeds in to and supports overarching brand awareness strategy in key markets.
  • Attend weekly Wholesale trade meetings, presenting a weekly report on wholesale marketing activity and results
  • Lead internal wholesale and marketing team meetings
  • Own and update a wholesale marketing calendar and share with the wider business key wholesale marketing activity including launches and activations
  • Coordinate internal Sweaty Betty teams where needed to support wholesale activity
  • Coordinate all image and sample requests for partners, brief the creative team on any bespoke assets required

Must Haves

  • At least 4 years’ experience with hands-on wholesale marketing activity
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills – Sweaty Betty is a fast paced, fast growing company with many exciting opportunities!
  • Expert knowledge of brand marketing
  • Excellent numerical, financial and analytical skills - you are targets-driven and an excel expert
