Born in 1998 in London’s Notting Hill, Sweaty Betty now has 50 UK stores including concessions in world-famous department stores Harrods and Selfridges, 12 stores and concessions in the US, plus 25 Nordstrom doors. Sweaty Betty is about to explode in the US so there has never been a more exciting time to join our team.

Our Global influencer marketing team is looking for an exceptional US Influencer Marketing & PR Associate who has a passion for fitness and an obsession with activewear. Reporting to the Senior PR and Events Manager and VP of Performance Marketing, they will be responsible for making Sweaty Betty the most talked about and desired brand on Instagram and driving new customer acquisition in the US market. This role will deliver the US influencer marketing strategy, manage our US PR function and deliver adhoc brand events in the US market.

Your SB journey will include:

  • Being a Brand Ambassador at all times - Living, breathing, and embodying the Sweaty Betty lifestyle.
  • Building and cultivating relationships with fitness, lifestyle and fashion influencers, studios and instructors.
  • Managing all gifting for influencers, instructors, and press.
  • Reaching out to key editors/publications, ensuring we are front of mind and they are informed of key product launches and promotions.
  • Working closely with VP of Performance Marketing to plan activity, negotiate fees, and measure success of paid influencer activity.
  • Setting up and tracking influencer discount codes and reporting on KPI results weekly.
  • Reporting back to the business on the success of the influencer program with a keen focus on ROI and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with the central brand team to be aligned on key product launches, marketing calendar, US marketing events, press events, etc.
  • Organizing local events for influencers or consumer facing with an acquisition focus, reporting back to the business post-event.
  • Reporting on US influencer and press coverage weekly and monthly across all social media platforms (IG, Insta stories, YouTube, FB, etc.).
  • Other projects and duties as required.

Must Haves

  • 3-4 years’ experience in influencer marketing/social media/PR for a fashion and/or fitness retailer.
  • Adventurous spirit with a passion for all things fitness and wellness
  • Spend way too much time on Instagram! And know the other channels well: Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube
  • Analytical and targets-driven
  • You love to write, socialize and have the gift of the gab!
  • Can spot a needle in a haystack and you throw the best parties
  • You are happy working on your own and love getting jobs done
