Founded by our Creative Director, Tamara Hill-Norton, in 1998 in London’s Notting Hill, Sweaty Betty now has 47 stores in the UK and 11 (and counting) in the US.  We are poised for explosive growth in the US over the next five years and there has never been a more exciting time to join our team.

The US Digital Marketing Assistant will report to the US Digital Marketing Associate and will be responsible for ensuring that the US digital flagship is set up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the US Digital Marketing Associate and working closely with internal departments your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Management of all US digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Social & Display assisted by the Digital Marketing Associate. This includes creative development, implementation, analysis and optimization. All channels to be optimized to set acquisition and retention targets.
  • Management of the US digital marketing budget alongside the Digital Marketing Associate. Budget must be invested efficiently achieving strict CPA and CPO targets
  • Management of our US digital marketing agency, Greenline. Constantly challenge them to ensure we remain at the fore front of digital excellence.
  • Work closely with our ecommerce team based in the UK to ensure they personalize and optimize the website for the US market.
  • Work alongside our CRM team sharing data and insights to ensure our digital retention strategy is driving loyalty amongst our database.
  • Drive innovation within our acquisition marketing strategies keeping your eye on new trends and channel opportunities available to us for reaching new customers.
  • Support the retail team through targeted digital marketing activity raising awareness of our stores and driving footfall.
  • Lead analysis across all US digital marketing initiatives to ensure we are understanding the performance of our marketing dollars.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the senior management team updating them on the performance of our marketing initiatives.

Must Haves

  • 1 years experience in retail, digital
  • An strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (PPC, Email, SEO, Affiliates, Social, Display)
  • Experienced with Google Analytics & Microsoft Office
  • You are analytical with a passion for digital marketing and the ever changing world of online. Quick to build relationships at all levels you thrive working in a fast paced and dynamic team.  You have a fine attention to detail but most importantly you are in love with the brand and living an active lifestyle.
