Talent Sourcing Partner (Maternity Cover)

Reporting to the Head of People and managing a Talent Sourcing Coordinator, you will look after the full recruitment cycle from job description to job offer for all positions within the UK Support Office and support the Retail team on all store vacancies across the UK & US.

Your SB Journey:

  • Ensuring all job descriptions are captivating and reflect the People brand at its best, whilst also accurately reflecting responsibilities within each role. Telephone screening and interviewing for all levels
  • Responsible for continuously reviewing performance of each advertising channel using all analytics available (ie. ATS, LinkedIn) whilst exploring potential new channels. Promote and manage opportunities internally & externally
  • Headhunt excellent talent for both office and stores and support store managers to proactively recruit for their teams via regular People Manager training 
  • Develop great working relationships with all hiring managers to ensure a detailed brief of each role and ensure regular communication throughout recruitment process
  • Work closely with our ATS provider to continuously look at ways of improving the candidate as well as the hiring manager’s experience. Ensure it remains an effective tool for talent pooling
  • Provide monthly reports on key recruitment information in order to adapt talent sourcing strategies
  • Plan and manage all recruitment costs to adhere to annual budgets

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience (in-house at a retail company preferable)
  • Experience in direct candidate sourcing across a range of roles and levels, using social media & networking in recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build credible relationships quickly at all levels
  • Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities effectively
  • Basic knowledge of UK employment law & legislation
