Senior Online Trading Manager, US & International (Maternity Cover)

As Sweaty Betty continues its global expansion, we are looking for a highly organised and customer experience focused Senior Online Trading Manager to join our growing ecommerce team. As we continue to elevate our Ecommerce offering internationally, you will be pivotal in pushing boundaries to ensure we provide relevant and impactful customer experience for North America and each of our international markets (including Australia & Hong Kong), with your decisions driven from data led insights, which you are able to translate in a precise, articulate manner to your SB family. You excel in a fast-paced environment and are a team player. Driving digital growth is core to our strategy and this role will play a critical part in achieving our goals. Your SB Journey:
- Managing and trading our US & International websites, driving conversion and revenue
- Compiling accurate daily, weekly and seasonal reports on trading and KPI performance
- Devising and driving trading, promotional and merchandising strategies, in close collaboration with performance marketing, to achieve and exceed targets
- Responsibility for annual forecasting of US & International online direct performance
- Displaying an in-depth, customer-focused knowledge of US & International online market
- Ownership of US & International delivery and returns proposition, working closely with operations team to ensure we remain competitive and cost effective
- Oversee effective online visual merchandising to maximize sales and conversion
- Developing strong collaborative relationships across all departments in the Support Office and especially the ecommerce, marketing, wholesale, buying and merchandising teams
Must Haves
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar ecommerce role in a retail or consumer facing brand, preferably within the North American market
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferable
- Experience using Google Analytics, PowerBI and Google Optimise
- An analytical and questioning mentality with excellent excel skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads and project manage 3rd parties
- Proactive and positive approach to problem solving
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
