Senior Influencer, PR & Events Manager (1 year contract)
Your Journey
Leading the influencer marketing, PR, and event tactics across the business, you will bring our purpose of empowering women through fitness and beyond to life by engaging social media influencers in this purpose, launching unique and exciting brand experiences, and making SB the most talked about activewear brand on Instagram.
Through relationship building with influencers, press, celebrities and fitness professionals, you will build a community of loyal brand fans who will support our acquisition strategy in both markets. Working closely with VP, Performance Marketing you will ensure all activity is measurable and our KPIs are achieved.
This role is responsible for the UK & International markets (excluding the US), manages a team of three and reports to the SVP, Brand and Marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities include:
Influencer Marketing
- Strategic management of the UK and ROW influencer and celebrity programme
- Management of UK and ROW gifting programme
- Sourcing and negotiation of major influencer and celebrity partnerships
- Conception and delivery of unique and on brand influencer events
PR
- Create and execute global PR strategy that supports the brand strategy and business messages
- Nurture key Press relationships in the UK & ROW
- Produce and distribute press releases to support the key business, brand and product stories
- Generate coverage that is effective in driving quality traffic to site
- Weekly and monthly reporting on coverage
Events
- Create and execute the UK & ROW events strategy for Sweaty Betty
- Concept and deliver profitable Sweaty Betty Live consumer events in the UK
- Concept and deliver activations at any UK festivals or partner events
Retail Marketing
- Create and execute the UK retail marketing strategy; deliver a local marketing strategy which will drive 1.5% of the retail revenue target for the year and to support new customer acquisition and retention targets
Other
- Management of strategic UK & ROW Brand partnerships
- Wholesale partner support
- Working closely with PR agencies in new markets
Must Haves
- You have 7+ years’ experience in a Brand Marketing role within a fashion or lifestyle brand and have solid experience of managing a team.
- You are bordering on obsessive about what's happening in the world of fitness and fashion and spend far too much time on Instagram.
- You are the first one on the mat and the last one to leave the dance floor. A natural event organiser, social butterfly and never miss a spin class, even on a hangover...
