Your SB Journey:

What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary purpose is to lead complex data analysis projects, transforming intricate datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. Through advanced analytics and compelling data storytelling, you'll collaborate across functions to deliver impactful business outcomes. Your role is pivotal in fostering a culture of experimentation and agile analytics practices that consistently deliver timely insights.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Partner with key stakeholders to define crucial metrics, create engaging data narratives and shape strategic direction.  

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends and patterns, delivering actionable insights through compelling storytelling to guide business decisions.

• Collaborate with the data team & subject matter experts to develop, build and deliver impactful data products 

• Create and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards that clearly communicate KPIs and guide decision-making. 

• Collaborate with other analysts to foster a thriving analytics community and champion an agile, experimental approach to analytical challenges 

Must Haves

• Able to translate complex data into compelling stories for diverse audiences, including leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis methods (e.g., Regression, Classification). Python is a bonus
• Project management skills: experience in managing multiple stakeholders and end-to-end projects
