Senior Business Analyst/Solution Architect

With a customer focused, positive, people-oriented, and highly organised attitude, you will use your experience to guide Sweaty Betty through the implementation of new technologies. Working closely with external partners as well as members of the team across all levels of the business, you will be passionate about ensuring the business is always online and supported.

The successful candidate in this brand new position will report into the Head of Systems and manage a team of three Business Analysts. The role will be to work cross-functionally and with third parties to define requirements for new projects, design solutions, create and maintain system architecture diagrams, and review all team output to confirm consistency and cohesion of design across projects.

Your SB Journey will include:

• Managing a newly formed team of three Business Analysts to support IT project delivery across multiple concurrent projects at Sweaty Betty
• Performing Business Analyst tasks for projects including requirements gathering, solution documentation, and testing
• Along with developers, reviewing and advising on the solution architecture for system changes across Sweaty Betty projects and BAU updates

Responsibilities include:

• Business Analyst team management, including coaching and escalation point
• Formalising standards for Business Analyst deliverables
• Assign projects and track progress
• Review team deliverables to confirm up to standards
• Update and maintain system architecture diagrams
• Senior advisor on architecture changes
• Working closely with departments to gather requirements and design solutions
• Producing documentation to support projects
• End-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering to go-live

Must Haves

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or Navision
• Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Solution Architecture
• Experience working with and designing integrations between systems such as ERP, WMS, websites, EDI, POS, PLM
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions simply and clearly
• Expert knowledge in Visio and Excel
• Strong visualisation experience
• Team management
• Good commercial & senior stakeholder skills
• Ability to create clear documentation
