This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Senior Accounts Payable -Stock as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. This is a key role within the Sweaty Betty finance team which is continuously evolving as the business grows. This role owns the creditor's ledger for stock suppliers ensuring we maintain excellent relationships with our suppliers.

Your SB Journey:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing stock supplier accounts and responding to supplier queries
- Processing (and matching to PO’s) stock invoices in the system
- Running weekly payment runs for stock suppliers and working alongside the financial controller in planning payments across multiple currencies
- Monitoring and actioning where required the Goods Received Not Invoiced account(s)
- Monitoring and actioning where required Goods in Transit account(s)
- Supervising and coaching accounts payable assistant – stock and providing cover where required on freight invoicing
- Co-ordinating stock purchasing and payment process working closely alongside product and plannings teams
- Ad-hoc activities related to ordering, receipting, and processing stock arrivals with the warehouse and logistics team
- Partnering with other business units on continuous improvement plans and developments
Must Haves
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role working with stock and stock suppliers
- Experience in fashion retail preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred
- Experience working with third-party warehouse
- Intermediate skills in excel required
- Strong demonstration of working in a team and cross function
- Self -starter and someone who takes initiative and is detail-oriented
