Your SB Journey:

What You’ll Be Doing

• End to end processing of supplier invoices including process flow through Continia
• End-to-end processing of employee expenses and company credit card costs through Concur
• Reconciliation of supplier/vendor accounts
• Provide insights into weekly and monthly aged creditors
• Management of supplier accounts providing insight into transaction volumes, timings and planned payments
• Effective collaboration with accounts payable team and wider finance team
• Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders outside of finance
• Ad-hoc support over month end close and ability to work to deadlines

Must Haves

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in accounts payable
• Experience with multi-company, multi-currency trading environment
• Experience in Business Central preferred
• Experience working with Continia invoice scanning preferred
• Experience working with Concur expense solutions preferred
• A proactive approach to working
• Ability to be on-site minimum 2 days a week
• Retail/multisite experience preferred
