Are you super organised and obsessive about beautiful design? We are looking for an individual with a hands-on approach and a love of bricks and mortar retail. You are passionate about getting things done with a fine attention to detail and a practical approach.

You’ll be part of a fun, dedicated Operations team; 2020 sees more expansion for Sweaty Betty and you will be instrumental in supporting this growth as well as keeping the rest of the portfolio looking beautiful and with our best foot forward!

Your SB journey:

• Project management of store design process for new stores and renovations of existing stores to include build, budget and sourcing furniture
• Timely creation of all drawing packs to include design plans, elevations and fixture drawings
• Work closely with the Retail team on actioning Store Improvements
• Assist with the design planning and implementation of office moves, ad-hoc events and pop ups
• Support the Retail Operations Manager with maintenance of existing stores
• Execute store design and project roll outs

Must Haves

• Experience with renovating of existing buildings and knowledge of construction
• Relevant technical experience with AutoCAD, sketch up desirable but not essential
• Strong understanding of retail businesses and the particular requirements of a Sweaty Betty store to present the product beautifully with clear navigations and operational efficiency
• Ability to plan and organise; able to establish appropriate plans and adapt quickly and effectively to unexpected changes whilst ensuring deadlines are still met
• Clear, concise communicator with all levels of the business and external contractors or suppliers
