Product Team Assistant

Reporting into our CPO and stepping into this newly created role of Assistant to the fabulous Product team here at SB, you will be responsible for supporting the team with a variety of tasks across the department.

You are a highly organised individual who is bordering on obsessive about getting everything on track and taking pride in completing any task to the best of your ability. Your SB journey:

  • General administrative support and timely completion of miscellaneous tasks across the Product department
  • Assisting with managing and updating both the SB Product calendar and CEO’s diary, as well as organizing domestic and worldwide travel, including booking flights and hotels
  • Coordination of both internal and external meetings (vendors, mills, suppliers & cross-functional teams)
  • Ensuring smooth-running of day-to-day engagements and meeting agendas; supporting with preparation of presentations as and when needed
  • Creation and updating of line sheets and liaising with the sales team
  • Coordinating and tracking all samples, including receiving, archiving, wardrobing and storing
  • Working with the CPO to implement streamlined systems to ensure Product team can operate effectively at all times

Must Haves

  • Confident multi-tasker with a keen interest in health & wellness space and market
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, as well as advanced numerical skills
  • Excellent IT skills - Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous PA experience working with Creative Director, Design Studio or CEO would be an advantage
