You will have a key role in helping to drive sales and profit by managing key Categories within the business, with a focus on optimising stock, and department performance, advising on in-season trading and taking ownership of key continuity lines.

Your SB Journey:

• In-season trading, focusing on weekly reporting requirements and Monday trade packs.  
• Key continuity line management to ensure 100% stock availability at SKU level is maintained at all times.
• Responding to trading patterns, and highlighting risks and opportunities
• Intake & Stock Management support, with a focus on delivering in line with key launch plans. Working closely with the PAA on critical path management.
• Support markdown planning, creating line-level forecasts and pricing suggestions. Focusing on maximizing sell thru and optimizing margin. 
• Manage category WSSIs
• Carry out a detailed analysis of current and past performance to maximise commercial opportunities 

Must Haves

• The ability to develop strategic direction but also a trader who can react in the moment.
• Ability to communicate at a senior level, and to key stakeholders. 
• Experience in managing your own categories. 
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving. 
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an attention to detail. 
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel & Merchandising systems. 
• The ability to work well as a team and by yourself.
