Working across the People remit, your SB journey will include:

  • Providing consistent advice to managers on a range of People matters across the employee life-cycle including performance management, disciplinary, grievance and absence management
  • Developing effective working relationships across the business
  • Working on HR projects and initiatives including engagement, employee experience and training and development
  • Overseeing US payroll & benefits

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role preferably within international retail for a similar sized company
  • At least 1 years’ line management experience
  • At least 1 years’ experience of international HR (preferably US)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to create strong relationships
  • Experience and confidence dealing with a variety of difficult situations and carrying out challenging or sensitive conversations
  • US Payroll & Benefits knowledge would be highly desirable
  • Management of HR/Payroll systems or bureaus desirable
  • International travel will be required
