We have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting, fast paced Marketing team. Reporting in to the PR and Events Manager you will be instrumental in supporting the team to help grow our brand awareness and drive sales through press and influencer marketing and with UK events.

As a PR & Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the PR and Events Manager to execute the Sweaty Betty UK marketing strategy including promoting new season collections, product launches, reacting to market trends, identifying coverage opportunities and pitching stories to Press
- Assisting with the planning and executing of press and consumer events
- Building our community of brand advocates and influencers on social media, to drive brand awareness and conversion for Sweaty Betty
- Weekly and monthly reporting on influencer coverage
- Managing the Fashion cupboard: ensuring all samples are logged and kept in good condition
- Overseeing the Press inbox; answering enquiries from the media, individuals and other organisations, via email and telephone
- Gifting send-outs and assisting with celebrity outreach
- Recording press coverage throughout the year
- Market research where necessary
- Other projects and duties as required
- Updating the company intranet with marketing team news

You’re Instagram obsessed and love keeping up-to-date on the latest celebrity trends and fashion musts. On the pulse of the hottest studios and happy to trial the latest green juice or cocktail! Most importantly, you are a true SB person and endorse everything that the brand stands for.
Must Haves
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A minimum of two years’ experience working in fashion PR or marketing
- Experience in influencer marketing with a network of contacts
- Experience in assisting with events and product launches
- Knowledge of the marketing mix
- Social media native with a strong understanding of Instagram in particular
