Online Trading Manager (Maternity Cover)

Your SB Journey:

  • Day-to-day trading of UK and RoW SweatyBetty.com, driving conversion and revenue
  • Working with the Digital Product team & UX team to revise and constantly improve the product conversion funnel from category view to product page carrying out A/B tests
  • Effective online visual merchandising in line with UK stores and in collaboration with the Merchandising team to potentialise UK Online performance
  • Compiling accurate daily, weekly and seasonal reports on trading and KPI performance, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Displaying an in-depth, customer-focused knowledge of UK online market
  • Defining the UK online trading calendar in line with business campaigns and objectives
  • Partnering with the Performance Marketing team to ensure end-to-end customer journey alignment
  • Developing strong collaborative relationships across all departments in the UK & US Support Office and especially the ecommerce, marketing, wholesale, buying and merchandising teams

Must Haves

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar Ecommerce role in a retail or consumer facing brand
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferable
  • Experience using Google Analytics, PowerBI and Optimise
  • An analytical and questioning mentality with excellent excel skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem solving
  • A dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills
