Online Trading Co-ordinator

Your SB journey:

  • Supporting the Regional Online Trading Manager(s) with the day-to-day trading of SweatyBetty.com
  • Compiling accurate daily, weekly, and seasonal reports on trading performance including product categories and ranges, and helping to identify trends and opportunities
  • Highlighting sales and conversion trends against forecast and previous performance
  • Ensuring that product list pages are effectively merchandised, using Salesforce sorting rules while optimizing pages for seasonal/regional nuances and emails
  • Working with the Content and UX team to revise and constantly improve the product conversion funnel from category view to product page and checkout. Also ensuring product content is delivered on time, is commercial, and accurately reflects the product and the brand
  • Preparing the sites for sale and seasonal marketing campaigns throughout the year and partnering with the Performance Marketing team to ensure customer journey alignment
  • Using Google Analytics to help optimize product sales and customer experience
  • Maximising cross-selling opportunities across all categories of the sites. Partnering with the wider trading team to manage the recommendations strategy, implementation and maintenance to drive conversion
  • Performing weekly quality control checks to main high standard across the site
  • Developing strong collaborative relationships across all departments in the Support Office, especially Ecommerce, Marketing, and wider Buying and Merchandising Teams

Must Haves

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar ecommerce role
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferable
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Power BI desirable
  • An analytical and questioning mentality, with advance Excel skills
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
  • A dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
