We are always on the lookout for new talent to join our Merchandising department now more than ever as our business rapidly expands. Merchandising are pivotal to Sweaty Betty success by helping to drive sales and profit by optimising multi-channel stock distribution (Retail, eCommerce and wholesale).

Here is a brief insight into the life of our Merchandising department:

• Intake & Stock Management – intake management, dealing with suppliers and ensuring critical dates are met - solving any problems that may arise.
• Maintaining department delivery schedule, managing deliveries from PO placement through to warehouse receipt.
• Conduct weekly sales.
• Support strategy/ buy planning by pulling lessons learnt and analysing data. Contribute to the buying and sign-off process.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, stores and warehouses

Must Haves

• The ability to work well was a team and by yourself.
• Stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an attention to detail.
• An energetic, positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
