Logistics and Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Logistics and Operations assistant to join the team here in SB. Working closely alongside our operations and logistics team who manage the import and export functions and our 3^rd party warehouse distribution centre. An effective administrator who works well under pressure across multiple departments. You will be part of an exciting new team within our rapidly growing, successful business.

Your SB Journey:

• Supporting Head of Global Logistics with tracking activities across the end to end supply chain, focusing on lead times and freight/product costs
• Support regular report publishing to monitor performance against KPI’s
• Manage and maintain air freight tender process
• Support in supply chain projects
• Managing inbound and outbound shipments from DC to stores/partners/customers
• Review and authorize freight and carrier invoices
• Helping with daily tasks/queries internally and externally

Must Haves

The absolute necessities of the role.

-Proven PC literacy having used Microsoft packages

-Effective communication skills both internally and externally at all levels

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

-Able to interpret statistics and data affectively

-Effective organizational and time management skills
