What You’ll Be Doing

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Sweaty Betty finance team as an analyst supporting Sweaty Betty to meet its financial targets.  As a motivated Analyst this role will give visibility of eCommerce, Stores and Wholesale channels enabling a full understanding of the business whist studying for your accountancy qualification. 

  • Understanding and owning reporting on central overheads, ensuring that they are reported accurately and on a timely basis each month
  • Working with the FP&A finance team and the channel financial leads to report the monthly recharges ensuring that each channel’s operating profit is reflected accurately within the accounting systems
  • Working with the FP&A team to support weekly, monthly and quarterly trade and brand reporting
  • Working with the financial control team to support efficient postings across the balance sheet and P&L
  • Supporting the Global eCommerce, Stores and Wholesale finance teams as needed
  • Ad hoc support across the finance team as required

Must Haves

  • Strong desire to work in a dynamic global activewear business
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills with experience of excel
  • A naturally curious and engaging individual, who can step back and consider the bigger picture
  • Ability to embrace Ambiguity and adapt methods of thinking with a Can do’ and positive attitude
  • Be an engaged, enthusiastic go-to member of the SB finance team
