Interim Online Trading Manager, UK

Surrounded and supported by our eCommerce team of 16 you are in great company to drive our brand forward with likeminded individuals who love talking about improving basket retention and conversion, just as much as you do! Please note this is an interim contract until the end of 2020

Your SB journey:


  • Managing and trading our UK website, driving conversion and revenue
  • Compiling accurate daily, weekly and seasonal reports on trading and KPI performance
  • Devising trading, promotional and merchandising strategies, in close collaboration with performance marketing, to achieve and exceed targets
  • Responsibility for annual forecasting of UK online performance
  • Effective online visual merchandising to maximize sales and conversion
  • Displaying an in-depth, customer-focused knowledge of UK online market
  • Ownership of UK delivery and returns proposition, working closely with operations team to ensure we remain competitive and cost effective
  • Developing strong collaborative relationships across all departments in the Support Office and especially the eCommerce, marketing, wholesale, buying and merchandising teams

Must Haves

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar eCommerce role in a retail or consumer facing brand
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferable
  • Experience using Google Analytics, PowerBI and Google Optimise
  • An analytical and questioning mentality with excellent excel skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads and project manage 3rd parties
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem solving
  • A dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
