Influencer Marketing & PR Executive

Reporting in to the PR and Events Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the team to help grow our brand awareness and drive sales through press and influencer marketing and with UK events.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in running our influencer programme, with a focus on acquiring new customers, working closely with the digital marketing team
  • Building our community of brand advocates and influencers on social media, to drive brand awareness and conversion for Sweaty Betty whilst nurturing existing influencer and ambassador relationships
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on influencer coverage and ensuring that the company intranet remains up-to-date with marketing team news
  • Tracking performance using Google Analytics and working in conjunction with the performance marketing team to analyse influencer marketing activity and suggest ways in which we can grow and develop the programme to work more efficiently
  • Supporting the PR and Events Manager to execute the Sweaty Betty marketing strategy including promoting new season collections, product launches and identifying coverage opportunities
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of press and consumer events, including Sweaty Betty Live and the securing and management of its partners
  • Briefing the creative team on seasonal press materials
  • Managing the press cupboard: ensuring all samples are logged and kept in good condition
  • Overseeing the Press inbox; answering enquiries from the media, individuals and other organisations, via email and telephone as well as recording all press coverage throughout the year
  • Gifting send-outs and assisting with celebrity outreach
  • Other projects and duties as required

Must Haves

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A minimum of four years’ experience working in fashion PR or marketing
  • Experience in influencer marketing is a plus
  • Experience in assisting with events and product launches
  • Knowledge of the marketing mix
