What You’ll Be Doing
In more detail your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the growth of Sweaty Betty’s brand awareness through strategic influencer partnerships and PR initiatives
- Assist in securing paid and organic influencer partnerships, outreach to new talent, and organizing gifting
- Assist in concepting creative briefs that speak to key Sweaty Betty messaging points
- Work closely with Marketing team to ensure influencer content is utilized
- Liaise with social media team to amplify social campaigns
- Work with performance marketing team on identifying influencer content to leverage for ads
- Identify up and coming fitness influencers and studios with whom Sweaty Betty should partner
- develop relationships with key fitness and fashion editors
- Assistant on planning and execution of influencer and press strategies
- Report on results and tell the story of how influencer marketing and PR ladders back up to overall business targets and initiatives
- support on monthly reports and recap reports
- Managing the administrative elements of US brand team
- For influencers: tracking content, creating codes, updating budgets
- For PR: maintaining press clipping archive, continuously updating media lists, update editor gifting lists
- Keep up to date on market research and competitor trend analysis
Must Haves
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Strong entrepreneurial skills, self starter – Sweaty Betty is a fast paced, fast growing company with many exciting opportunities!
- Knowledge of social media marketing and pop culture- lover of all things social media, familiar with relevant platforms I.e, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Clubhouse etc
- Great people skills: be able to build relationships both internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- A lover of all things fitness and lifestyle
- Interest in sales performance and achieving business targets
- A problem solver and happy to deep dive into data
- Analytical, resourceful and a great team player
