Your SB Journey:

• Work with department teams and third parties to implement new technology solutions
• Delivery of customer-focussed solutions
• Lead IT project teams, delivering to time and scope whilst maintaining a structured project management approach and all the required documentation
• Resolve problems and issues in a timely manner and according to priorities
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Utilise technical skills to guide the delivery of your Projects
• Manage the end to end implementation of new applications – software selection through to go-live for example or delivering enhancements to existing processes/systems   
• Adherence to the existing project management framework, reporting and communication standards
• Responsible for creation and monitoring of project plans as well as budgeting
• Supplier and resource management   

Must Haves

• Experience as an IT Project manager, ideally in a retail company
• Strong Technical knowledge
• A clear understanding of how retail works - ecommerce, bricks and mortar stores, merchandising, warehouse and logistics and how it all fits together 
• Delivery of IT projects in-line with the agreed roadmap and management structures a formal project management qualification would be advantageous
• Experience in guiding stakeholders through the software selection process
• Good influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial & senior stakeholder management skills
• Strong visualisation experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Clear communication skills, the ability create clear and concise documentation
