Global Senior Biddable Media Manager

Sweaty Betty is on an ambitious mission to skyrocket our global digital growth and this new biddable role, and team, is fundamental to our digital success. 

Your SB Journey

  • Project lead the migration of our biddable media offering from agency to inhouse
  • Build a team of specialists across our London and New York offices
  • Devise and implement bespoke regional acquisition strategies for our biddable channels with a focus on Paid Social

What we are looking for:

  • Facebook strategy and platform expertise combined with a track record of driving measurable business growth through innovative biddable strategies
  • Comprehensive understanding of, and experience working across, both commonplace and immerging social media, video, and display marketing channels
  • Strong market knowledge, up to date on the latest news, innovations, and challenges in the industry and how to navigate these
  • An analytical, data driven methodology to building strategy and mapping out clear KPIs for biddable success that align with business growth and CPA/CAC targets - thinking long-term, while also being able to react quickly to changes in trade and the digital landscape
  • A test and learn approach to both tech and strategic innovations in the biddable space
  • Experience of owning multi-million biddable spend levels and managing cross-regional strategies (bonus if these regions include US & DE)
  • A strong team leader with the ability to drive, inspire and motivate a team by providing clear developmental goals, positivity, and an unrivaled depth of biddable knowledge
  • Experience of managing large scale projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • An accountability for developing relationships with the external media partners and platforms to secure betas and maximise platform management support

Must Haves

  • 8+ years’ experience leading biddable strategy for relevant ecommerce retail brands either in house or through an agency.
  • Expert in paid social, specifically across Facebook and Instagram. Comprehensive understanding of Video & Display.
  • 100% fluent within the Facebook platform including, campaign structure, QA, reporting, analysis, technical set up etc.
  • Experience managing large budgets, line managing specialist teams and building bespoke strategies across multiple regions.
