This is an exciting opportunity to join the SB Finance FP&A Team working across the business to support delivery of our Financial Plans and drive insightful analysis to ensure SB is maximising its opportunity to meet its growth goals.

Your SB Journey:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver Sweaty Betty’s annual Plan and assist with quarterly reforecasting 
  • Drive the timeline of key deliverables, analyse risks & opportunities and own the consolidated P&L
  • Prepare strategic presentations for our parent company Wolverine Worldwide and act as a key contact for all things Sweaty Betty
  • Track weekly Trade performance metrics (sales, product, margin) and provide commercial & meaningful insight to senior leadership. Build on existing PBI analysis and dashboards to support decision making and action-oriented discussion
  • Prepare data-driven monthly / quarterly Executive level analysis and reporting on the financial performance of the business
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support the Senior FP&A Manager and the wider business

Must Haves

  • Advanced Excel, financial modelling and data handling skills. Must be comfortable working with and effectively interpreting large/multiple data sets
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset with a strong desire to solve problems and improve existing spreadsheets
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly, multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • An interest in developing dashboards via data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Great time-management skills, highly organised & strong eye for detail
  • An Accountancy qualification or part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) (preferable)
  • Prior experience in business forecasting and planning (preferable)
