CRM Marketing Associate - North America

Your SB Journey:

  • Building and scheduling emails & SMS
    • Build the North American email & SMS marketing campaigns in line with the brand calendar, set up a/b testing, link testing, dynamic content, personalization and all ad hoc related projects
    • Manipulate data and target emails to key regions and customer segments
  • Designing and briefing emails
    • Manage the entire email creative cycle for North American emails including; designing, briefing, creative management
    • Work closely with creative departments to ensure email marketing campaigns remain on brand & innovative
  • Reporting email performance
    • Report on a daily and weekly basis all relevant North American email marketing activity and use the results to optimize and continually improve the performance of SB emails
    • Report back findings of A/B testing and make recommendations for future testing based on results
  • Automated and targeted email optimization
    • Work to optimize the North American automated programs like Welcome, Browse & Cart Abandons through various A/B tests
    • Work closely with the digital & trade teams to optimise customer journeys across our website and off-site marketing
  • Continue to grow and build the active database of customers, coming up with new and innovative means to drive signups and active users alongside the rest of the CRM team & digital team

Must Haves

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a CRM or email marketing role, experience on an ESP and working on a customer database
  • Proven experience of tailoring messaging to target audiences and comfortable using segmentation tools
  • Understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience working on Google Analytics
  • Experience managing email & SMS campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • An eye for detail and design
