You will lead the work to define and execute this product vision and maximise growth by building new capabilities for Sweaty Betty.

This will include owning the way we use data and cross-platform integrations to ensure consistency in end to end customer journeys
  • Work alongside Performance Marketing and eCommerce team members to define and deliver both the customer outcomes and commercial metrics; this will include measures of success such as conversion rate, revenue and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing and eCommerce teams to introduce new tools to improve the quality of measurement, structure performance improvement through the setup of clear reporting, and for making data-informed decisions to enable effective planning and prioritization

  • Own how we manage and deliver product information, content and communications across the customer experience (SEO, Email, Social Platforms)
  • Own how we bring data together into actionable views and dashboards (including payment data, site speed, performance data)
  • Work closely with analytics experts across the business to create technical roadmaps for evolving management of complex data sets and implementing different analytics and eCommerce tools
  • Build relationships both within and outside the business in order to innovate on all aspects of the customer experience and develop a vision for our future eCommerce efforts. Trialing new partners and tools will be key to this

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience working hands on with cross-functional squads of engineers, designers and analysts to deliver against a product strategy and vision
  • Highly competent with Google Analytics. You really love data and measuring things: you can conjure up an Excel table or GA metric for any question
  • Approachable and collaborative, you’re open to feedback and ideas
  • You thrive in a high-paced environment and will be highly self-motivated and passionate about launching new features, testing performance and iterating quickly
  • Experience driving product vision, delivering a roadmap and leading technical design discussions
  • A highly analytical thinker and clear communicator: you can take complex, nuanced information and distil it into action-oriented steps for team members
  • Highly motivated by A/B testing and segmenting: you can break things down easily to recommend tests at both the audience and technical levels.
  • A proven track record of delivering personalised onsite and offsite experiences
  • Commercial and customer focused mindset (KPIs, qualitative and quantitative insights), capable of balancing quick wins and bigger, more impactful pieces of work and knowing when to lean on user research
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a Content Management System would be desirable
  • Coding experience would be desirable but not essential
