  • Work closely with analytics experts across the business to create technical roadmaps for evolving management of complex data sets and implementing different analytics and eCommerce tools
  • Build relationships both within and outside the business in order to innovate on all aspects of the customer experience and develop a vision for our future eCommerce efforts. Trialing new partners and tools will be key to this

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience working hands on with cross-functional squads of engineers, designers and analysts to deliver against a product strategy and vision
  • Highly competent with Google Analytics. You really love data and measuring things: you can conjure up an Excel table or GA metric for any question
  • Approachable and collaborative, you’re open to feedback and ideas
  • You thrive in a high-paced environment and will be highly self-motivated and passionate about launching new features, testing performance and iterating quickly
  • Experience driving product vision, delivering a roadmap and leading technical design discussions

  • Highly motivated by A/B testing and segmenting: you can break things down easily to recommend tests at both the audience and technical levels.
  • A proven track record of delivering personalised onsite and offsite experiences
  • Commercial and customer focused mindset (KPIs, qualitative and quantitative insights), capable of balancing quick wins and bigger, more impactful pieces of work and knowing when to lean on user research
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a Content Management System would be desirable
  • Coding experience would be desirable but not essential
