We are looking for a Design pioneer to join us. You will be part of the talented, revolutionary Design team of 6, the creative leaders in the field who are integral for for the future of Team SB and beyond. We are looking for a creative, organised Designer who is excited by the whole of the development process from sketch to fit!

Must Haves

• A passion for designing stylish, edgy, premium and performance product with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Designer
• A good understanding of the Activewear market and continually carry out trend and technical research to ensure ranges are always evolving and world class

• Experienced use of Illustrator to create design tech packs
• Be obsessive about the entire design development process from Design to final garment, working with Garment Tech and Buying to ensure the vision is achieved within price and technical constraints to 2nd Sample stage
• Be detail orientated, efficient and timely working alongside with the Buying Team to manage the development aspects of critical path effectively to ensure on time deliveries
• Visit factories abroad, nurturing relationships with suppliers and sourcing new fabrics and trims
• To be constantly aware of our customers view on our product through monthly store visits, comp shopping, trade analysis and customer feedback
