Our Customer Care team are on the hunt for a charming and enthusiastic team player to join them. The purpose of this role is to deliver the exceptional customer experience we are renowned for over the phone and email.
As a Seasonal Customer Service Assistant, you will be instrumental in offering support to all our UK stores during our busy holiday period. Working as part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering the exceptional customer experience for which we are renowned.
You are passionate about anything to do with sports and love interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence. You love our products and will be a great ambassador to the brand by promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Must Haves
You are confident, commercial and in love with the Sweaty Betty brand. A natural role model with an authority in sport and a flair for fashion. You are independent, sociable and proactive. You love interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence. Most importantly you embody our Values in everything you do.
