Customer Care Assistant - Temporary

As a Customer Care temp, you will be instrumental in offering support to our Customer Care team during our busy sale period. Working as part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering the exceptional customer experience for which we are renowned for over the phone, via email and live chat.
PLEASE NOTE: this role requires flexibility to work at two weekends and evenings until midnight.

Reporting to our Customer Care Manager, specific responsibilities will include:
- Providing the highest levels of customer care exceeding our customers’ expectations
- Delivering exceptional service via phone, live chat and emails
- Proficiency interacting with multiple systems
- Problem solving and acting at speed
- Being a product expert, providing a personalized shopping experience
On occasion, when considered appropriate you may be required to carry out other duties that fit within your strengths.
* This is a temporary position, however once the contract comes to an end, there may be opportunities for the role to become permanent.
Must Haves
You are confident, commercial and in love with the Sweaty Betty brand. A natural role model with an authority in sport and a flair for fashion. You are independent, sociable and proactive. You love interacting with customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence. You are able to think and act at speed. You have strong written skills and are eloquent on the phone. Most importantly you embody our Values in everything you do.
