As a Customer Care Assistant working as part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering the exceptional customer experience for which we are renowned over the phone and on email.
Please note: this role requires flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.
You are passionate about anything to do with sports and love interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence. You love our products and will be a great ambassador to the brand by promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
