We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Customer Care team during the day. You are bordering on obsessive about the experience we provide to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering a world-class experience to all our customers over the phone and via email
• Overseeing the Customer Care team to deliver the same
• Ensuring a smooth order process is delivered to every customer including liaising with the couriers and the warehouse
• Responding promptly to emails and queries regarding customer orders
• Assisting with the processing and monitoring of customer orders including processing of payment & stock fulfilment
• Opening and closing our Customer Care centre & cashing up
Must Haves
- Experience within a Customer Care role
- Experience within Retail
- Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
- Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and mentor a strong team
- Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve Customer experience at Sweaty Betty
- An ability to work well under pressure
