Content Manager

Leading the content team and sitting within the wider Ecommerce team of 12, we are looking for a Content Manager who is bordering on obsessive about delivering the fabulous customer experience we are renowned for, online. As SB’s content subject matter expert, you are passionate about continuously looking for ways of improving our customers’ SB onsite experience, whilst also striving to find your personal balance and living your best SB experience!

Working closely with internal departments, your SB Journey will include:

  • Managing the content team, fostering strong partnerships with the developers and digital designer
  • Forward planning and managing the content calendar to ensure alignment with the brand calendar
  • Collaborating with the Trade team to build out the content strategy, ensuring an integrated and personalized onsite experience to target specific customer segments, with a direct impact on conversion KPIs
  • Managing the implementation of a new content management tool to drive efficiencies
  • Working alongside the CRM team to create and drive customer engagement initiatives
  • Partnering with the optimization analyst to run tests to inform more successful content decisions
  • Collaborating with the UX Designer to ensure we are always led by customer insights
  • Benchmarking against competitors and bringing new ideas

Must Haves

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a relevant ecommerce or digital marketing role
  • Experience of multi-territory content management
  • Familiarity with CMS system essential – preferably Amplience
  • Strong knowledge of GA analytics, MVT testing tools and methodology
  • HTML/CSS preferable
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software e.g. Zeplin, InVision and wireframe tools
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices and agile methodologies
