  • Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to guide and measure the success of the product strategy
  • Build an understanding of our end-to-end technology stack, current capabilities, limitations, and future roadmap opportunities
  • You will be central in determining how we leverage technology to improve operational and analytical processes through automation and create stronger decision-making capabilities
  • You will collaborate closely with end-user departments and IT to introduce new tools to improve the ability to measure the impact of possible changes and for making data-informed decisions to enable effective planning and prioritisation
  • Work closely with analytics experts across the business to create technical roadmaps for evolving the management of complex data sets and implementing different analytics
  • Collaborate with our development team and technology partners to design, test and launch new features, including support and input to testing plans
  • Build relationships both within and outside the business in order to innovate on all aspects of the operational experience at SB and develop a vision for our future efforts. Trailing new partners and tools will be key to this
  • Own key workstreams, be strong at breaking down complex problems, and comfortable prioritising a variety of projects

Must Haves

  • The ability to quickly understand and influence; document and explain complex requirements; prioritise end to end needs, and help the technical and business teams navigate new solutions to find the optimal way to deliver quickly

  • Experience driving product vision, delivering a roadmap and leading technical design discussions
  • 5+ years of product management experience working hands on with cross-functional squads of engineers, designers and analysts to deliver against a product strategy and vision. Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Development, Retail Products, Wholesale, Finance and Operations

Our D&I Commitment

Our mission is to empower all women.  This means doing more and working harder to make the long-lasting changes necessary to become an inclusive, diverse and actively anti-racist company. We care about our people, our community, our world.  And we want to stand up for what we believe in.

We want to give our people a platform to use their voice. And actively listen and learn from what they have to say.  This involves focusing on learning, development and progression across the business.  Training our leaders, managers and teams about their rights under our equality, diversity and inclusion policy. And being clear on the responsibilities we hold to each other and our community. It also means being committed to equal employment opportunities. Ensuring we consider ALL applicants for jobs. And work harder to make our job advertising more inclusive.

Ultimately, we’re working to create a culture and team that represents our customers, our community and our mission of empowerment. We want to celebrate our diversity and the power it gives our team and our business.

We know we’re on a journey. And far from perfect. But we want to be a part of the solution to the problem. It might not be comfortable or straightforward. But if we weren’t up for doing the hard work and breaking the mould, we wouldn’t be Sweaty Betty.  We are committed to working across our business and with our Internal Diversity & Inclusion Squad to be champions, allies and inclusive, always. Because when we say All, we mean it.
