We are always on the lookout for new talent, at all levels, to join our Buying department. Our buying team ensure Sweaty Betty continues to be at the forefront of active wear, driving and leading the market and setting the pace globally.

Here is a brief insight into the life of our fast-paced Buying department:

• A highly driven and creative team driving and developing innovation & trend whilst delivering highly commercially balanced collections for Sweaty Betty.
• Building excellent knowledge of product development, working closely and collaboratively with internal teams - Design, Garment Tech, Merchandising & business channel partners alongside a strong supply base.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers to deliver margin, quality, reliability, flexibility and lead-times.
• Expertly manage the critical path process taking appropriate actions to avoid delays ensuring all launch dates are met.

Must Haves

• Own brand Buying experience within a multichannel brand
• A passion for product with a commercial eye and strong attention to detail
• Can-do flexible attitude
