Brand Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who is bordering on obsessive about campaign planning and rebellious in their creative concepts.   Reporting to our Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing you will work across the business to execute relevant and compelling campaigns that deliver our purpose to empower women through fitness and beyond. You are a digital expert, super creative and focused on the customer at all times. A true Sweaty Betty ambassador you will live and breathe our purpose and values.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for;

Campaigns and planning

  • Planning, executing and measuring success of global brand campaigns
  • Lead Project manager for campaigns from conception through to launch
  • Working closely with the Product team to innovation and newness in product is supported
  • Working closely with the Editor to ensure messaging and communication is relevant and on brand
  • Managing and communicating the global campaign calendar, notifying of changes as required
  • Working closely with market and channel managers to ensure campaigns are effectively executed
  • Measuring campaign success and sharing key learnings
  • Managing the campaign critical path, informing internal teams of key dates and sign off meetings

Brand assets

  • Managing planning and production of campaign shoots and adhoc asset creation as required
  • Managing the production of brand videos and seasonal videos
  • Casting for SB campaign models and faces
  • Working closely with Wholesale and Visual teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets

Other

  • Supporting on brand partnerships & collaborations
  • Supporting the social team with ideas for content and growing the community
  • Working closely with Influencer marketing team to discover new faces for campaigns
  • Supporting the events team with brand marketing & communication
  • Working closely with creative team and external suppliers on the design of our packaging 

Must Haves

  • You are a digital expert and global in your outlook. US market experience is desirable.
  • You will have at least 7 years’ experience in a Brand or marketing planning role, agency side or in-house.
  • You are a natural role model; confident and creative, passionate and inspirational, self-motivated and sociable.
  • Most importantly, you live an active life the best you can, admire our brand and have a positive can-do attitude.
