Brand Campaign Manager

We are looking for a creative and organized Brand Manager who is passionate about our purpose to ‘Empower women through fitness and beyond’. From campaign planning to owning the campaign calendar you will be the point person for all markets and channels. A great communicator and experienced in coordinating global campaigns in international markets, you always keep the customer front of mind and have a 360 approach to brand story-telling.  Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing you will project manage, support and execute relevant and compelling global campaigns which reinforce our purpose and support our vision of building a global community of empowered and active women across the world.

Your SB Journey will include:

Campaign Project Management

  • Project management of all storytelling and brand campaigns, managing the critical path and briefing internal and external stakeholders of goals, key dates and sign off meetings
  • Owner of the campaign calendar and liaison for e-commerce, retail teams and international markets
  • Working alongside the Traffic Manager, creative team and the photography studio to ensure assets and deliverables are on time
  • Cascading of information to copy and content, social and brand marketing teams
  • Measuring campaign success and sharing key learnings
  • Organizing sign off meetings and minute taking

Brand Projects

  • Supporting SVP Brand as required on brand projects i.e. Packaging, Special projects

Other

  • Working closely with the brand marketing team to coordinate activity to support campaigns and brand storytelling
  • Working closely with Influencer marketing team and social team to discover new faces for campaigns
  • Supporting the Events & Partnerships team where necessary

Must Haves

  • You will have at least 5 years’ experience in a Brand or marketing planning role, agency side or in-house
  • Global in your outlook. US market experience is desirable
  • You are organized, confident and creative, passionate, an excellent communicator, self-motivated and sociable
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and experience in Monday.com or a project management tool
  • Most importantly, you are passionate about empowering women and want to be part of a fast-growing, global brand
