Your SB Journey:

What You’ll Be Doing

Platform:

  • Own paid ad builds across platforms (META, Pinterest, TikTok), Google Ads, with oversight from Biddable Manager
  • Assist the team in analysing metrics, providing performance updates and suggesting new optimizations and initiatives to the wider Sweaty Betty team
  • Conduct targeting, creative and wider platform data analysis to drive performance
  • Assist in maintaining the ad creative process and relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a high degree of quality control and enforce the consistency of creative standards and tone of voice across platforms
  • Research and disseminate information regarding emerging social platforms to support Sweaty Betty’s digital expansion

Reporting

  • Aid in reporting processes on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis, inclusive of pulling platform data and formatting into digestible outputs
  • Work with Biddable Manager to present end of campaign findings to wider Sweaty Betty stakeholders

Testing:

  • Evaluate the metrics of tests to determine success and deliver strong recommendations based on outcome
  • Work closely with account management teams to manage the content and testing roadmap, ensuing that assets align with platform best practices as well as campaign goals
  • Proactively recommend testing ideas that align with Sweaty Betty’s digital objectives

Must Haves

  • A basic understanding of key Biddable platforms, including META, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube & Google Ads
  • An analytical mind and an interest in driving performance through data
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage workload effectively to ensure that ads go live on time and accurately
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure that we have the correct assets, budget and targeting set up across our campaigns
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to improve campaign performance and is comfortable using excel to showcase performance data and trends
  • At least 6 months experience in a marketing / digital role
  • Experience with video & display a plus
