Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our fast-paced Finance team of 13!

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up new Wholesale customers
• Creation and distribution of Invoices/credit notes
• Chasing outstanding debts with our Wholesale partners via multiple channels
• Managing customer credit card payments
• Working with the internal Wholesale team to successfully launch new customers
• Take ownership of the Accounts Receivable inbox
• Reconciliations of customer payments and accounts   
• Posting and allocating receipts from the bank statements
• Assisting with month end duties
• Assisting the team with busy periods/overflow/holiday cover
• General filing and other ad hoc duties as required

• 5 years Accounts Receivable experience
• You MUST have experience dealing with Wholesale into retail
• Strong experience of Excel
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
• Working in a global business (desirable)
• Thriving under pressure and possessing the ability to reprioritise your workload and tasks in line with business needs.
