Your SB Journey:

What You’ll Be Doing

• End to end processing of supplier invoices through Continia and Business Central software
• Assist with invoice and payment queries across different functions and departments within the company
• Processing retail employee expense claims ensuring items are appropriately posted with relevant support, correct VAT accounting and in line with company policy
• Monitor vendor approvals process and action where required 
• Assist in the preparation of weekly payment runs across multiple currencies and banks
• Engaging with suppliers on an ongoing basis and reconciling supplier/vendor accounts
• Provide insights into weekly and monthly aged creditors
• Effective collaboration within the accounts payable team and wider finance team
• Ad-hoc support over month-end close and ability to work to deadlines

Must Haves

• Graduate or up to 2 years experience in accounts payable
• Pro-active approach to working and desire to learn
• Ability to be on-site a minimum 2 days a week
• Retail/multisite experience preferred
• Experience in Business Central preferred
• Experience working with Continia invoice scanning preferred
