US Ecommerce Trading Coordinator

You’ll be part of a fun, dedicated Ecommerce team of 9, our online champions. Who are an integral for the future of Team SB – first to login and last on the dancefloor!

Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised. You’ll be instrumental in driving the success of all sweatybetty.com channels, including mobile and international sites, with particular focus on the US website.

 

Your journey will include:

Trading

  • Supporting the Senior Ecommerce Manager and UK/ROW Ecommerce Manager with the day-to-day trading of Sweatybetty.com, with focus on the US website
  • Compiling accurate daily, weekly and seasonal reports on trading performance including product categories and ranges
  • Highlighting sales and conversion trends against forecast and previous performance
  • Optimising onsite search to improve customer experience and conversion
  • Working with the Content & UX team to revise and constantly improve the product conversion funnel from category view to product page carrying out A/B tests
  • Preparing the sites for sale and seasonal marketing campaigns throughout the year
  • Strong day-to day partnership with the Digital Marketing team to ensure end to end customer journey alignment
  • Using Google Analytics to help optimise product sales and customer experience
  • Monitoring US wholesale account performance and competitor activity to optimise customer experience

Online Visual Merchandising

  • Ensuring that product listing pages are effectively merchandised, on brand and optimised, whilst in line with the in store visual merchandising strategy and US consumer
  • Working with the Content team to ensure that all product content is delivered on time, is commercial and accurately reflects both the product, the brand and the US market
  • Responsible for maximizing cross-selling opportunities across all categories of the sites
  • Weekly quality control checks to maintain high standards across all sites
  • Work with the PR team to reactively promote all product featured in press to maximize exposure on site

Product & Reviews

  • Responsible for seasonal product launches – collaborating with the Buying team, Shoot Producer & Copywriter to ensure product images, product descriptions and merchandising are completed in an effective & timely manner
  • Supporting Shoot Producer at ecommerce photo shoots and ensuring all assets reflect the key features and USP’s
  • Be a product expert and develop product knowledge in the team with in store training workshops and store visits
  • Analyse customer product ratings & reviews to further optimise the on-site product experience
  • Work closely with Customer Care team to gain feedback received from customer correspondence to improve end to end customer experience
  • Responsibility for ecommerce product data feeds

Other

Developing strong collaborative relationships across all departments in the UK & US support Office and especially the ecommerce, marketing, wholesale, buying and merchandising teams

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar ecommerce role
  • Experience and knowledge of trading in both the US and the UK/ROW retail markets
  • Experience with analytical platforms and interpreting data with excellent excel skills
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and across different teams
  • Valid Passport for international travel to our US Support Office

You are analytical, strong with numbers and have a faultless attention to detail. An excellent planner and organiser who is great at prioritising heavy workloads. You have the ability to think strategically and understand commercial implications of decisions and actions. You thrive working as part of a dynamic team, have great interpersonal skills and are quick to build relationships.
