What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Recruitment Advisor you will be joining the positive, fun and friendliest of People Teams. This is a newly developed role in the Sweaty Betty family, the aim is to help support further growth and find the best talent out there! You will be instrumental in helping maintain and develop the recruitment cycle for the Retail side of the business.
Attracting and Selecting the Best People
- Advertising – helping with all job role posts and taking a proactive approach to the best channels to advertise
- Screening CV’s, Telephone Interviews and feedback – reviewing all applications and conducting telephone interviews for all successfully screened applicants. Sending feedback to candidates (via our ATS system).
- RAF – guardian of the our ‘Refer a Friend’ Scheme and the best way to promote this through the business
- Events – researching the best places for Sweaty Betty to meet talent, including recruitment and job fairs throughout the UK
- Headhunting – being one step ahead and finding the best talent for our business on LinkedIn. This will also be an opportunity to headhunt in retail communities, helping Stores know the best people, throughout the UK
- Relationship Guru – working with all levels of the business and departments. Supporting them with current recruitment needs and helping fill roles as quickly as possible, with the right person.
Recruiting Coordination
- Using all Recruitment tools to help keep the recruitment process, as quick as possible. Especially using our internal ATS system, Tribepad.
- Guardian of company culture and values – endeavoring to find others that uphold our values and protect and love our culture
- Admin – interview filing, including scanning and keeping candidates profiles updated.
Must Haves
- A minimum of 1 year experience in retail, or similar consumer focused environment
- Working knowledge of excel
- Some working knowledge of Employment Law
- A dedicated Brand Ambassador
- A person who possess the initiative can seek and match candidates to teams
