As a Summer Temp, you will be instrumental in offering support to our Customer Care team during our busy summer months. Working as part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering the exceptional customer experience for which we are renowned over the phone and via email.
Please note: this role requires regular weekend and evening work, sometimes until midnight.
If you were successful in the recruitment process, you must be available for your WOW Day on 19th of June and due to commence your role as a Summer Temp immediately after and until the end of September.
Reporting to our Customer Care Manager, specific responsibilities will include:
- Being an expert on our products and procedures
- Interacting with customers and sharing your knowledge and expertise
- Providing the highest standards of customer service our ‘Sweaty Betty Customer Experience’
- Maintaining the company standards
On occasion, when considered appropriate you may be required to carry out other duties that fit within your strengths.
* This is a temporary Summer position, however once the contract comes to an end, there are opportunities for the role to become permanent as part of our weekend team.

You are confident, commercial and in love with the Sweaty Betty brand. A natural role model with an authority in sport and a flair for fashion. You are independent, sociable and proactive. You love interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence. Most importantly you embody our Values in everything you do.
