You must be available on the 25th of April for our Managers Recruitment Day at our Support Office in Fulham. If you were successful, you would need to attend our WOW Day which is the 2nd of May. However, all applications will be considered.
As a Manager or Assistant Manager you will be working as part of the team. You will be responsible for ensuring the team deliver the exception customer experience for which we are renowned.
Reporting to your Boutique Manager or Area Manger specific responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the boutique team, including recruitment, development, coaching and well-being
- Driving forward sales and achieving company objectives
- Maintaining appropriate staffing levels within budget
- Providing the highest standards of customer service our ‘Sweaty Betty Customer Experience’ (this will include advising and assisting customers with the selection and fitting of bras and underwear)
- Ensuring exceptional Sweaty Betty standards in housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld
- Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the Support Office
- Representing the brand through sport by leading your free fitness clubs, whilst getting involved in the community and local marketing campaigns
- Maintaining appropriate stock levels in your shop and ensuring exceptional standards in housekeeping and visual merchandising
- Any other duties required to achieve the smooth and profitable running of the boutique
- On occasion, when considered appropriate you may be required to carry out other duties that fit within your strengths
Must Haves
You live an active lifestyle, as much as possible. Love the Sweaty Betty brand and have some Retail and/or Management experience. A natural role model with a passion and authority in sport you are both a ‘people’ as well as a ‘commercial’ person. You love being on the shop floor interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence.
