We are looking for a Senior Creative Manager to be the guardian across all creative channels and whole of Team SB. You will be leading a talented team of 5, Creative and passionate Designers, reporting to the Head of Brand. A person who is obsessed in translating our Sweaty Betty’s message and creative identity, into a visual message that our customer will love (even more). You will always strive for the future, whilst keeping the Sweaty Betty brand at the heart of everything you do.
- Overseeing the in-house creative services team, to create and deliver global brand assets, on & offline, ensuring each brand look and feel is consistent across all channels
- Supporting the Creative Director and brand team on concepts and ideas for photographic shoots, and from time to time being available to attend and contribute to the shoot
- Demonstrating significant experience in digital creative content and messaging, always UX focused, engaging and pioneering
- Setting the expectation at the highest levels of quality for all areas of design, keeping in mind our values and the global reach of the business
- Driving the creative and professional development of the creative team, embedding coaching and knowledge sharing into the daily team activities
Must Haves
- Confident and skilled Creative Manager with significant experience in fashion retail
- Have an insatiable appetite for beautiful and functional creative solutions
- Strong background in digital and a good all round creative experience, including shoots
- You are a supportive and inspirational manager, solution driven, super organized, creative and know how to manage heavy briefs and team workloads.
- An innovative spirit, you will actively seek new ways of presenting stories to add value to the creative vision of the brand.
