Photo Shoot Coordinator

We are looking for a Shoot Coordinator to join our forward thinking, marketing gurus! Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and sitting in the wider Brand team, the Shoot Coordinator will be responsible for the production and delivery of brand campaign photography and video assets that work across omnichannel touch points. Working closely with the Head of Brand, Web team and Product teams, they will ensure the Sweaty Betty brand is captured in an aspirational and premium way and that brand consistency is maintained at all times.

• Coordinating photo shoots – campaign, video, ecomm, still life & social shoots
• Sourcing models, photographers, stylists, locations and venues
• Coordinating the production and post production of assets and video, with support from the Creative and Brand teams -  casting, locations & venues, management of shoot team, post production
• Working closely with our Wholesale partners to ensure assets are delivered on time
• Working closely with the product team to manage shoot samples
• Responsible for the photographic shoot and lead times, including  pre and post production deliverables

Must Haves

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role for a production agency or fashion / lifestyle brand
• Solid experience of coordinating ecommerce, video and lifestyle shoots on location and photography studio
• Experience in coordinating ecommerce photoshoots
